FDNY Boxing Team Donates $7,500 to Wounded Veteran
Fire Commissioner Salvatore Cassano, Chief of Department Edward Kilduff, and FDNY Bravest boxing team coach Bobby McGuire present Alex Marrocco (father of Army Specialist Brendan Marrocco) and Andy Pujol, president of Building Homes for Heroes with a check for $7,500. The boxing team donated a portion of the proceeds of the Battle of the Badges to help build Brendan’s home on Staten Island. Also on hand were members of the boxing team; DJ Martin, Des Defreitas, Edgar Reyes, Mike Reno, Ricky Valezquez, Mike Tracy, and John Soukas. |
